To all our friends, our customers, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for all your support, kindness and friendship during the past 10 years. But, unfortunately I have sad news to pass along. For the past 6-12 months, as the economy has affected all of us, we've struggled to stay afloat, but have decided now is the time to call it a day and close The Tattered Rabbit.
We're not sure of the exact closing date, but as of today all fabric, notions, books, (everything in the store) will be at a discount. Fixtures, shelving, etc. will also be for sale at very reasonable prices.
This decision was very hard to make and we will miss seeing all of you. I guess I should look forward to my retirement with enthusiasm, but it is bittersweet. I'm sure I will see many of you around town, and we wish everyone well.

SEWING MACHINE SERVICE & REPAIR - The Tattered Rabbit now offers expert sewing machine service and repair. Ted Lloyd, who has over 30 years experience will be at the shop EVERY TUESDAY. His services include cleaning, lubrication, repairs and technical adjustments on sewing machines, sergers and embroidery units. Ted services all machines from Featherweight 221’s to your most modern machines. Don’t trust your precious machines to just anyone!
